Shepherd Hardware 9601 Stamped Steel Adjustable Appliance Rollers, 2-Pack

I used this product to allow me to move my large upright freezers out from the wall to clean and allow access behind. They work very well. I am rolling on a hard ceramic tile floor and the freezers move very easily. It was easy to set the length of the dolly with wing nuts. I simply held them next to the side of the freezer to see how long the dolly should be. I made sure the existing feet on the freezer would be sitting on the soft rubber pan on the dolly when put in place under the freezer. I then set the dolly along side the freezer on the floor, pushed sideways on the top of the freezer to tip it a little and at the same time pushed the dolly under with my foot. This would definitely be easier to do with two people. I was careful to keep the dolly parallel with the side of the freezer on each side so the two dollies don't bind when rolled under load together. It all only took 5 minutes or so to do. I am very happy with the results. As mentioned in other reviews they do not steer and only travel in a straight line but with a little careful work I am able to steer on my hard tile floor, sliding as it moves along.

I recently moved out of state and purchased these to move my chest freezer that was full. They worked flawlessly. Super easy to move around. I initially thought they wouldn't be able to support the weight because of how light weight they are. My husband used a dolly for his gun safe and when it was too heavy to get up the small step into the house, we ditched the dolly and used these. He was so impressed that he kept them under his safe for easy maneuverability. These are way cheaper than Castor wheels and extremely easy to use. Definitely would recommend!!

I have put these on cabinets, (light) power tool stands and practically anything the manufacturer would say not to. Ace hardware used to be my source, but they closed in my town so now I've found them again.Note that do not turn. They are for pulling something away from the wall, and then return. They work great.

Summary: I ordered this a while back for the refrigerator but never got around to using it, but recently I did some work on the laundry sink, which the washer sits right next to, and not being able to move it easily was a chore. So I decided to use these rollers to allow the washer to move front and back for cleaning and maintenance.Recommendation: I added a 2nd 6mm bolt and nut for extra assurance that the single included bolt and wing nut would not come out as easily.Pros: Heavy dutyCons: Edges were a little sharp, but fixed that with a fine file.Conclusion: This is a 5-star item.

Flimsy and poor quality control. Arrived with two bent axles, one badly bent. I had to use pliers, hammer, and drift to (mostly) straighten it. The wheels are very hard plastic with sharp flashing and sprue remnants. Would wear off on concrete, but would probably damage vinyl. It takes a long time to file 32 wheels smooth, and you can't take it apart so you only get to do a tiny section at a time. I would have returned this lousy product, but I needed this very low profile roller platform. It works well enough for my intended purpose (not the manufacturers intended purpose).

I used this in combination with an airshim, also purchased through Amazon, to pull my stacked washer dryer out of a tight space to level the floor. These worked well and they stow away pretty easily. The only thing that I didn't like was that they weren't very maneuverable when it came to turning a corner with the appliances. If you read the description it does mention that so that is more my use than anything else. Otherwise it worked well. Moving the appliances straight out of the closet they were in was easy. Only turning was a little difficult but not undoable.

Look at the 4th picture to see what I thought I was buying and then the 1st picture to see what I got. There is a SUBSTANTIAL DIFFERENCE. Additionally, the unit I bought should have 5 wheels, the one they delivered had 4. The adjustment nut on the one I bought was from the top of the rail down. The one I got was from the side similar to the stanless steel unit. Last, the quality... one of the four pads was apparently slapped on. It's too small. Jagged on one edge. Too narrow on the long side.What more can I say.... AVOID THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS. TERRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL. When such an obviously and glaring error like the miss-fitted rubber pad is allowed to leave the factory, I can't imagine what other errors you might find in your box... not-withstanding the fact that the entire item is nothing like the one in the picture of what I bought.

Recommended product. I ordered a new washing machine from a famous big box chain store. They want to sell washers & dryers in pairs, so they won't touch an existing dryer to install a new washing machine. Since my dryer has to be moved out of my compact laundry room in order to replace the washer, I'm stuck with doing the dryer remove-and-reinstall myself. These appliance skates made the job SO EASY! No pushing and shoving the appliance around. Just tip the appliance sideways, set one skate in place, then repeat on the other side. I was apprehensive about making the 90 degree turn outside the laundry room, but with a little attention to keep each appliance foot on each associated skate "landing pad" it can be done. I had NO problems removing the dryer out of room, setting it aside or putting it back in place. Note: my floors are tile, not hardwood or carpet.

These wheel can handle a lot of weight, they work very well

Ces roulettes ont été HT pour les installer sous machine à laver et réfrigérateur et j'en suis très satisfaite. De plus, ces roulettes ne sont pas hautes et me permettent de pouvoir déplacer mon réfrigérateur facilement. Pour la machine à laver en 40 cm de large, il n'y a pas de vibration particulière quand il y a essorage et les roues restent en place. Je suis très satisfaite de ces articles

Using these for my washing machine and they work well. They can handle the load. I wish they could handle vibration as they sometimes tend to rattle out of place but I'm looking at getting a vibration absorbing mat to counter that behaviour. Overall really good
