OK miter gauge
This miter gauge was not robust enough for what I wanted. Although good quality I needed one with a wider fence and one that had actual detents for locking in miters.

Meh...
I bought this miter gauge as an upgrade to the gauge that came with my Craftsman (by Ricon) 14"bandsaw. It is an upgrade, but not by that much. Issues:1. Even though the bar is made specifically for this machine, there is too much play between the guide bar and the tee slot. If you want to cut a straight line across a 1x4, it is likely to be off due to the wiggle room.2. The indicator mark is a separate piece of glued-on (but not very well) piece of alum. sheet with a mark on it. The alum. piece was attached with a somewhat gummy non-stiff glue that allows the piece to shift with use, even if it was placed accurately in the first place. Mine finally fell off, and I didn't bother to look for it. I just use a small 90 x 45 deg. triangle. However, IMHO a band saw is not the best tool for a precision angle cut anyway.3. The guide bar is not long enough to offer any stability for a board or panel that is wider than the saw table. You will need to pencil in your cut line, and more or less "eye ball" it with the blade as the short miter gauge cannot control the cut well.Having said all this, I spent all I that I was willing to spend for the degree of accuracy I could live with, so I can't really complain about value. After all you have to have a reasonably decent miter gauge, and this is definitely better than what came with the saw.fwtUPDATE: I learned that the Fulton miter gauge can be purchased for only a few more dollars than the Rikon if you guy it without the extra $30 for the fence. This made it less of a purchase risk, so I decided to give it a try. The Fulton is a really fine accessory, especially with the 3 adjustable ball bearings that take ALL of the slop out of the guide in the track. All the angle stops I will ever need are easily achieved as spring-loaded presets stops. If I need a fence, I can make one in a few minutes. I recommend it. Very well made aluminum body.
This fits perfectly on a Delta 28-276 Band Saw. Aluminum body, very well made. Much better than expected.

Works on a Delta band saw with mods
Seems like a quality miter, and works well after some modification. The slot on my saw did not have the same dove-tail shape as the miter's bar, so it took me a bit of work with a mill file to make the bar rectangular to fit the slot. Also, I ended up filing a bit here and there on the bottom of the miter to keep it from catching on edges of my Delta band saw table.

There is still a little play in the track
The movement was enough to alter the exact angle, resulting in a lot of sanding to get it right

Works great for my router table
I needed a miter gauge for my Rockler router table with a T miter slot. There’s no need for anything fancy there; I wouldn’t waste money on an Incra for this application, but this Ricoh looked promising.Another reviewer pointed out that when you tighten the handle to lock the angle, the miter gauge will no longer slide. That was the case for me, but I added two washers between the bar and the rest of the miter gauge, and it works perfectly. It has no detents for any of the angles, including zero, and my Woodpeckers precision square shows that the indicated zero is off slightly. There’s no way I would ever use this on a table or band saw.But for those rare occasions where I need it for my router table, it works fine.

Had to shim this Miter gauge a bit with thin washers but it works great now!
Bought a Craftsman bandsaw. No attachment. Turns out it was a Rikon. Bought the rip fence... Had to shim this Miter gauge a bit with thin washers but it works great now!

Not the greatest but good enough for what I do on the bandsaw
Surprisingly this miter gauge has no positive stops (even at 0) and it is a bit sloppy in the miter slot which is fine for rough cuts I make on the bandsaw however IMO it would not be good for other machines used for more accurate cuts.
