Nice pattern

Instructions are printed very small. I can hardly see the instructions, I had to take them to Staples to get them enlarged. I am older but my younger daughter had some trouble as well. This happened on other projects as well. Hard to tell at beginning if I will have enough thread but it does not look like I will especially the red. Can't buy my own since there are no color numbers. Don't know if I will continue doing counted cross stitch using Tobin

I haven't started yet, but I've gone over the guide and all included items. Guide is easy to read and follow, threads are separated and while they aren't labeled, any idiot can figure out the symbol assignment to thread color. I plan to stitch this on a piece of linen (as I've done before with a different pattern, same brand) and sew using velvet as the back of the stocking. With that said, if you plan to use the enclosed fabric, you could do so, as the cross stitch fabric is the standard fabric you would find in any craft store. The additional fabric for the back could use an upgrade, especially after all of the work that goes into stitching the front. I'm excited to get this goin'!Packaged well and shipped quickly.

this stocking is for my future grandchild arriving in June. It is so cute and will look good next to the other stockings hung by the fireplace. I just love the little animals.I hope to have it done by Christmas.

The directions are lacking, but the experienced cross-stitcher will be able to make sense of it. If the manufacturer will accept some suggestions for this kit and all other kits, I'd love to send mine to them. The picture itself is very cute. I'm halfway thru it and so far I've got enough floss; I believe there will be plenty.

The only complaint I had was in the coding. It was difficult to differentiate symbols for similar colors. It could have been so much better with different varieties of symbols.

Everything was included & having fun working on it. A few symbols on the pattern were incorrect but I figured it out.

The kit came with a thin piece of cloth for the backing. I was expecting it to be felt. Other than that, it's pretty good, so far. It's taking a long time to complete, but it's cute.
