Q: Does this stuff also work on Ski Goggles?

I followed the instruction on the bottle but the goggle still fogs. It does not help at all.

Q: How many drops should I use for each side of the swimming goggle?

I tried to put enough droplets to cover the whole lens/glass area. Then I dried it on room temperature for15-20 min before use. However, my goggle still fogged up. Not sure why it does not work.

Q: Does this hurt conact lenses?

Not unless you spray on the lenses :)However if you wear contact lenses, buy speedo prescription swimming glasses.

Q: what are the ingredients?

I have no idea. But I have been using it for years and it works. If you do buy it, leave it on longer then the directions say.
