These work fine in a pinch
I broke a tooth and wanted to protect my exposed tooth while I waited to see a dentist. The beads are easy to mold (I used less than what was suggested on my second try). I would not plan to put a lot of chewing force on that tooth, but it does blend well enough that it wasn't noticeable. If you are covering a front tooth, you will need to spend a little more time molding a realistic tooth and getting the sides and edges just right. You might also have a color-matching problem if your natural teeth aren't white. It worked well for my canine.

Color not accurate
Before melting, the color looks great and very similar to tooth color but once melted, it turns clear. Very sticky/tacky to work with. I have found that cutting a simple, odorless white candle into pieces and using the same heating process works perfectly. I place a piece of candle in a paper/styrofoam cup, fill with about 1cup water, place in microwave for about one minute, roll around with a plastic spoon until smooth and pliable, and then simply push into the missing tooth gap and gently press in all directions until it looks and feels secure. Sometimes I'm able to remove and reuse the next day!!!

Absolutely a blessing
This is embarrassing but I had a hidden cavity behind my front tooth that I didnt know about u til it broke off and I cried. I have had weak teeth my whole life and after 6 pregnancies and lots of morning sickness it just destroyed my teeth. So here we are a week before thanksgiving and it breaks. I ordered these after trying garbage snapbon teeth. That was a joke. These are a miracle. They give more than enough. They will last me years. But Ibplan to get it fixed after the holidays. Professionally. Till then this works wonders. I eat with it no problem.Tip. Only use like 5 or 6 little plastic balls per tooth. More than thats really a waste. Also I sip ice water and hold it on the tooth I am repairing to make the plastic harden faster.

Feels like a nice fit.
Had an accident and can't see a dentist because of what's happening.Cracked my tooth so there was a huge cavity. Was using the temporary filling and was running out. Temparin Max is chalky so looking for alternatives and found this. Worried about how this bonds or if it works because of what people here saying about how fast it sets but figured it's worth a shot.Normally I can drink hot water easy so the fact the beads melted with that temperature gave me an idea of how hot my food can be to avoid it breaking or warping. So here goes. Took 6 beads. Perfectly enough to fit into the cavity I figured. Poured out some hot water and took a metal stick and started to poke at the beads and sure enough the water was hot enough to make them melt and bond to each other to form a putty like material.Rolled it up and unlike what some negative reviews say, it's still mold-able and isn't instantly set as it seems. Was able to quickly push the material into my cavity and pack it tightly in. Pushing it so it would form the shape of the missing chipped part of the tooth. Parts of the material overflowed out the cracks between my teeth which are fine since I assume that's one way to keep it in place. The whole thing was feeling so putty like still in my mouth so once I was happy with the bite and form of the fill, I rinsed with cold water. It still felt like it was pliable so after a while, it did finally set so definitely a margin for error.I'm feeling it with my tongue and fingers and I think it'll do the trick. I'm not worried about the color since this is more of a temp measure to avoid making a chipped tooth worse. So for the initial use of this product, it's awesome.Haven't tested this with food but the current feel of the product I think I can eat as if the cavity didn't existed. Just nothing insane like sticky or hot foods.Happy with the first day results at least in terms of the feel of the filling and hoping it'll last at least week or more unlike my other option which fell through.Edit: So after some regular use I have to say it’s nice. I can eat semi normal avoiding temperature hot food and sticky or other bad foods. Sometimes it gets loose but a nice swish of hot water will let it reform again; hence avoiding hot temperatures.

Won't stay in place
This was a fail for me. Couldn't get product to stay in chipped tooth. I read a review where someone said denture glue must be used. However directions didn't say this was necessary. Was easy to mold once melted in hot water and didn't hardened back super fast. Just couldn't get it to stay put!

REALLY HELPFUL
As a temp fix when I broka a tooth and filling till I gould get to a dentist ( over a month later) this was super helpful. It covered the opening so the nerve was not victim to the air or food particals in my mouth. It bought me time and was so easy! I thought I'll try it but was not really hopeful but I can tell you I made a mold of my tooth my first attempt that worked amazingly well for weeks! I could snap in in and out keeping debris out of the opening that would only cause more pain. Super easy as if I can I know anyone can. I would highly recommend the product. I have a ton left for additional uses but currently don't need it. So the value of what you get is outstanding. I will keep this handy...just in case! Really helpful product.
