My husband & I devour these tasty Sunflower seeds! They are a delicious snack and great in salads! Just the right amount of salt and a pleasant roasted flavor! Always taste fresh! Yay! So excited to have discovered these on Amazon! I fell in love with roasted, salted sunflower kernels about 11 years ago. Crunchy, slightly nutty, and with the perfect amount of salt, they are SO wonderful. Also, they are great for you! I’ve heard many people either express concern about the high calorie/fat content, or simply believe that due to what they decipher from the nutritional information - that these are an indulgence, only to be enjoyed very occasionally and even then - the serving size must be kept only a tablespoon or two. Not true. Yes, they are high in calorie, and yes, the fat content seems high… but what’s most important to understand is the type of fat within the kernels is the good fat… the kind that actually helps your body eat the bad fat. They are a great source of fiber and protein, packing in 3 grams, and 6 grams per 1/4 cup (respectively). I typically purchase the 5 pound bag, and then fill my 16oz protein shaker container. It works perfectly as I can just toss it in my purse when I head out for the day. The price is very reasonable, especially if you get the large bag. Over the past 11 years, I’ve tried *many* other brands. Also, the kernels have become highly popular over the past few years, making it difficult to find them stocked consistently at our local grocer…. So discovering Sincerely Nuts on Amazon has been great!

These are very tasty and fresh! Reviews said they were lightly salted and that's why I purchased these. If you are on a low salt diet, don't order these. I tend to use very little salt lately and found them to be just slightly too salty for my taste, though not overwhelmingly so. I don't even buy regular potato chips any longer, just the low salt variety, which actually brings out the flavor of the potato much more. Nevertheless, that gives you an idea how little salt I use. I am eating these though, with enjoyment. These are quite small as sunflower seeds go, but the flavor is great. I enjoy these mostly added to a green salad and sometimes grab a small handful as a quick snack. It is a 2 lb bag and is quite economically priced for the large amount of seeds.

We love these sunflower seeds. They are of a good size, the right saltiness, the right price, never has any shells in it by accident. They are great for salads, in baking, or just eating a handful.
