Piano book review
My son's piano teacher uses this book and highly recommends it. She's been teaching for years. And uses this book! Great customer service. Communication and doing right means a lot to this seller.

Very Helpful Book in Learning How to Play Piano
The Suzuki Piano School Volume 1 is a great starter book in teaching your kid classical music. This book focuses on "tonalization" - the search for ways of producing beautiful sound from instruments in the same way that singers use vocalization to developing their singing voices. When first starting this book, the music looks (and is) very simple. The first quarter of the book focuses on multiple variations of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star". While it seemed redundant to the kid initially, it really helped him hear the differences between the different tempos and dynamics. Being able to count accurately really matters in the beginning - if you don't have a teacher helping you, there is also a CD that helps you hear the song and understand what exactly is going on. The CD is very helpful, and will be much more helpful down the line once you get into the second and third volumes. Also, if you have a teacher who understands and can teach the Suzuki Method, it will help speed things greatly. This particular volume is an international version, so there are four translations inside - English, German, French, and Spanish. This doesn't hinder nor clutter the book at all. Overall, this is a great book to have in your kid's piano lessons.

Very good
Although this was not a brand new book, the condition was very good, it was a little over priced, a little more than what a new one would cost, but came much faster, than the new one would. Thanks to the seller for such prompt shipping and delivery

This is a great book for parents to help their child in home practice.
Being a Suzuki Piano teacher for many years, I find that this book is very helpful for parent to use as a guide along with studying with a Suzuki trained teacher. Carole Bigler and Valery Lloyd-Watts meant for this book to be used for teachers and parents to use this book together to teach their child the joy of learning, taking on challenges, setting high standards and building self-confidence. This process not only gives them joy and success in music, but can be used in any other challenges that they choose to pursue in their lives. I know this because I studied with both of the authors at Suzuki Institutes. To quote Dr. Suzuki: “Ability Breeds Ability.”

Good piano book
My daughter's piano teacher is using this book to learn the Suzuki Way, by ear. Came quickly, has nice sections of songs. even someone who is trying to teach themselves I believe would benefit from this.
