Great high dose vitamin A
I usually prefer capsules than tablets, but my go to Vitamin A wasn’t available on Prime when I ran out. So I found this instead. These are tiny, easy to swallow tablets. So far it works great. And its half the price than the capsules. So I’m happy.

How do we know with vitamins whether they do us good or not? We take them in the belief that they do. But hoping that they do us good we take them and these are good value for money.

Short use before date
I had exactly the same issue as a previous reviewer. I bought the years supply but the best before date means that at least half the packet will be wasted.I have a need to be sure that the quality of this product cannot be put into question so am loathe to use when it is past its best before date.Can the supplier comment please?
