Fantastic service and product.
We thought there was a minor issue, contacted vender and realized it was our mistake. But they were nice, prompt, and would have exchanged the product if we wanted even though they resolved the issue. My wife now has two of these and loves them, one size for small trips and the other for when large cargo was needed.
