“Best tape I’ve ever seen” -my plumber
TLDR: works like a charm, comes off perfectly when the time comes.Trying to install a bidet, the plastic of the intake pipe lacerated on the bolt of t-shape water redirector/splitters, ruining any chance of a watertight seal on it.I tried silicone caulk which couldn’t hold up to the water pressure. So I bought this as an alternative to something like flex tape to try to fix it.It held up well to the pressure and perfectly sealed the leak, and I mean perfectly, and looked honestly pretty alright since it was the same color as the toilet.Unfortunately I had an entirely different piece of the decade-old plastic parts of this toilet break which resulted in me having to get a plumber. The plumber had to remove the tape to replace the intake/overflow mechanism. When he carved into it with his box cutter it peeled away perfectly - presumably since it was self adhering and wrapped tightly - and actually it pulled off some of the caulk too (He called it “like surgery on an animal” and was so surprised and delighted by how easy it was to get off, especially seeing how tightly wrapped I had it (it stretches!).So, PROS:-Easy to use-Easy to remove-Looks alright-Cures in 2 minutes!-Doesn’t stick to your fingers-No protective equipment neededCONS:-Can be a little difficult to apply to tight areas (like most things, to be fair)

Saved the day!
Saved the day, fixing a rusted out old copper drain pipe with a one-inch gap. You may find that to ensure a good bond, you have to heat this with a heat gun after you've wrapped it around the pipe. Probably saved me from having to do a $1,500 replacement of the pipe.

Not perfect, but it does the job.
This by stuff works, but it's not a miracle. I was hoping to save a hose that got accidentally nicked by a circular saw. This was easier than I thought it would be to apply. It doesn't stick to itself as quickly as duct tape, so it didn't turn into a tangled mess. (very nice) I wrapped the hose nice and tight and smooth and even double thick in the middle. Thought I'd eliminate any leaks.Well....no. I must have wrapped it too tight because the tape split along the whole length of the patch and peeled off. Looked like it had been cut with a knife. So I tried again. Wrapped a bit less and a bit looser. Seems to work fine, with minimal leakage. It's not perfect, but it's good enough that I didn't have to toss an otherwise good hose.Over all, I'd buy it again. Or maybe next time I'll just be more careful about where I leave the hose. 😒

Very handy leak tape
Great tape for its purpose.

Tape does NOT Work!
Bought this tape to fix a very small PVC connection drip. Did NOT work at all. In fact, made it worse because the PVC connection was leaking from one spot and after I wrapped the pipe with this tape, it leaked from both sides of the PVC connection. Total waste of time/money. Would not recommend this product as it does NOT work.

and it's great, if you use it as intended
I'm giving 3 stars because of the delay in shipment (ordered 2-day, and it took them 4 days before it even left their dock)! This is *not* the same stuff as Flex Tape, or siMilan products that dry or cure. As it only sticks to itself (silicone, remember?), it will not, and can not create a pressure seal! So if you're trying to seal a hose or pipe, it won't work. You use this stuff to weatherproof electrical connections, or as a gasket against a wall. I've used this material for over 15 years, under various brand names, and it's great, if you use it as intended! It remains flexible & pliable for years, so you can reuse it, if you ever have to remove it.

Amazing
I love this product, I had a few small cracks in some plastic pipes and this stuff did the trick, it's the perfect thickness great value, very durable and easy to use, sealed up wonderfully, not to sticky at all and its waterproof. Love it this will be my go to now.

Best Dishwasher Repair Material Ever
I have a five year old dishwasher, so, to my mind, basically new. Recently the racks began to rust in several places. One day I cut my hand on a rusty corner, and decided it was time to find a fix. I looked into buying new racks, and didn't want to put out over a hundred dollars just for some rust spots. I looked into Rerack, and other products along those lines. I'm not a rocket scientist. Also, I have small children in the house who tend to interrupt me in the middle of every project I attempt, and who I try to protect from noxious fumes. Enter this tape. It was the greatest $10 repair I have ever done. I was able to repair approximately 30 rust spots in about an hour's worth of time. It took me three different fix sessions, due to the interruptions of afore-mentioned kids, but that was no trouble at all. Each spot took so little time, that I could easily leave and come back when I needed to. The wrapping was tight and secure, and I only had to redo three spots that started to unwrap in the week following. This was three months ago, and I run this dishwasher every day. None of the tape has come undone since then. Aesthetically, Rerack would probably look better. I took pictures to show before and after, and you can see it looks like someone wrapped a bunch of tape on these joints when you look up close. However, from several feet away, it blends in quite nicely, and very few people besides me care what the inside of my dishwasher really looks like. It stopped any danger of cut hands, and any rust spots on my dishes. I am happy.A word as to applying it. Because I was wrapping in and out of rack openings, I did find that it was easiest to cut off about 8 inches of the tape to use at a time. I would use that strip up on four to five spots, then start over with a new strip. For what I was doing, it was basically impossible to maneuver the entire roll of tape in and out. Hope this helps someone else.
