These are fantastic. Very small and easy to swallow. I've been using melatonin for years and this is inexpensive and very effective. This is my 2nd bottle and I plan on ordering these on subscription moving forward.

I love that Amazing Nutrition is sold in 10mg tablets. I’ve gone through my fair share of different brands of Melatonin in my past, mostly at 5mg. I then learned for maximum benefit 10mg at night can be taken. I then purchased a couple brands at that strength. They never worked for me. It’s been about a year since I gave up on Melatonin until I came across this brand. I thought I’d give it a try again. I’m very happy I did! This works wonderfully for me. The tablet is easy to swallow & it has zero taste. The 1st night I took a tablet I slept so good. This bottle comes with 120 tablets. This is a 4 month supply at a wonderful price. I hit a “win win” situation. They help me fall asleep sooner & I don’t wake as often in the middle of the night than I use the. I feel calmer after about 30 min of taking. All of these positive will easily make thIs my go to once it’s time to reorder! Definitely recommend!

I wanted it to work better then it does. I was looking for a natural way to aid myself in sleep, as prescription sleep aids leave me feeling groggy and very blah. People close to me often ask if I'm okay when I use a prescription sleep aid the night before.I don't think it's any fault of the product though, because sometimes, if my mind is on the calmer side it works okay... maybe.My husband uses it a lot, and says it works great for relaxing him. It just doesn't work well for me. I suffer from insomnia... my mind thinks that it's time to think of random s**t, (literally sometimes, going back to my childhood or getting stuck on the woulda coulda shoulda) when I try to go to bed. I don't know, it just doesn't do much for me.

It is.hreat. No pill hangovers in the morning. Just good restful sleep.

Put me to sleep and I woke up refreshed.Thanks.
