This is a good treadmill for home use, definitely recommended for first time buyers. I have been using it for a week now and it feels great. The motor is silent and the overall build quality of the product is good. Comes with a lifetime warranty on frame and 3 years on motor. The package came in with user guide, lubricant oil and Allen key. The installation was easy and simple and I did not face any difficulty to get this up and running. Comes with Bluetooth for music playback, and the speakers are just ok. Has preset programs which is handy and useful.The only drawbacks I can list so far is, this treadmill doesn't connects to any fitness app via Bluetooth. Also would have expected a better user guide to handle and understand the preset programs.

I Recvd a defective piece. The sensors were not working. I wanted to return but replace option is available. I may post out another review once I get the replacement.Date: 22/02/2022After a veryyyyyy big discussion and arguments I finally got my machine.And after my call the company scheduled a technician else they Forgot.Anyways, I got my technician today and he installed the machine and for the product he had less info. He told me to refer my machine manual 😃.I HOPE, I WILL HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE AS THIS BRAND IS A KNOWN BRAND THOUGH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AT ALL GOOD.NOW IT'S YOUR LUCK GUYS. IF U GET A GOOD MACHINE U R LUCKY ELSE U WILL BADLY SUFFER AFTER WASTING 43000/- FOR 3 WEEKS.This is September 5th today. This machine stopped working after 3 months of use, since then I have been running after CUSTOMER CARE AND THE CUSTOMER CARE ARE USELESS PEOPLE THEY JUST PUT YOU ON HOLD BY SAYING SIR PLZ WAIT FOR 10 MINS. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF FIGHT I HAVE NOW GOT THE OTHER BOARD, NEW MOTOR AND THE NEW CENSOR . IT WAS BEEN FIXED BUT THINK GUYS CHANGING AMOTHERBOARD IN JUST 3 MONTHS? I am writing this review after almost five months of using the treadmill (bought end of July 21 - average use 20-30 minutes per day/4-times a week. Speeds used between 6-14kmph). This was one of the best decisions during the pandemic. Given the situation, and the added problem of pollution most months of the year, this treadmill has been a boon, when coupled with my air purifiers!I settled on this model after extensive online research. It delivers what it promises, though the top running speed I achieve is 15 kmph (it depends on the user's weight. If I run the treadmill empty, it reaches 16kmph). This is unique for this treadmill in this segment, or at least I couldn't find any other home treadmill which crosses 11kmph. The running surface is wider than other treadmills in this category. Further, it has a 'brushless' motor which should add to its durability, or so my research suggested.The HIIT and 'Shock Absorbption' functions work well,though I prefer manually changing speeds for my HIIT routine.I have not used the Bluetooth/Music function, as I prefer my music system when using the treadmill, hence can't comment.I had a few questions when this was delivered. The Powermax customer care was proactive, and I got a call back within 30 minutes, and was able to start using the machine on the day of delivery. I have not faced any issues, and am happy with the product.I suggest you read the manual before assembling, consider user's weight before buying.PS : I requested the delivery men to help me unpack the machine. It is easy to assemble and move around for one person, but it will need two people to get it out of the packaging.

A quality product. There are some Pros and cons. For me the the Pros were more important than the cons.Pros:1. Premium look and feel- the display and the top specially feels really urban with touch enabled unlike those traditional treadmills with heavy top and manual switches2. Wide running surface ~500 mm- one of the widest you can get in this price range (this was the most important criteria for me)3. Proactive seller with good support offering in India (seller is active with systems in place to support)4. Very good shock absorption- I have ran in Gyms and though this home gym may not be comparable to those high end ones, it is better than most machines I ran on wrt shock absorption. Feels like running on foam sometimes, hope this continues in the future.5. Extremely well built quality- feels really good overallCons:1. No Pause feature2. The folding of treadmills happens with the minor usage of an L key. I would have preferred sort of an easier arrangement with push-pull levers3. No incline (neither manual nor automatic)4. Inbuilt Bluetooth speakers have low volume and don’t add any value at all5. No app connectivity

Product good, but heavy cannot be moved frequently. Cannot fold and drag under coat frequently. Occupies space

A good machine for home use.Using it for the last one month, no isses yet.The user guide should have some mentioning about refilling the lubricant through the hole provided at the top side. Need details like the service interval, the amount of lubricant to be applied etc. The provided YouTube video explains only about applying the lube under the belt.
