Cream Ibiza: Eddie Halliwell & Sander Van Doorn

I listen to and own a lot of electronic music, and this 2-CD set is one of my favorite. I actually purchased this set because it was the only place I could find the track "Spaceman [Sander Van Doorn Remix]", but the rest of the music ended up being awesome too. This is a high-energy club set, perfect for when I'm in the mood for some high-volume music like that. I'd say that the first disc by Eddie Halliwell really stands out. Play it loud on a good system.

This was a fresh experience for me! I have always enjoyed BOTH of these DJ's, though, in truth, I bought the CD because of Eddie Halliwell's mix.I have all of Eddie's mixes from the Cream Ibiza series, and this was another brilliant set. I find it hard to criticize any facet of his sets. The only drawback I would say, is that some of Eddie's mixes contain very short 'bridge tracks' which, though they serve the set immensely well, make for a frustrating listen when you put the tracks on random shuffle in an iPod or something akin to that.As for the Sander van Doorn CD...WHOA! I have always liked his harder, more progressive and bass-laden sound and approach to 'trance' or breaks but, this is probably his best mix since the I-D Digital Mix he did for iTunes years back! If you like your mixes bass-heavy and brutally sexy, then this is the disc for you!

If it's one thing I know about Eddie Halliwell, is that his mixing is so good, I dont notice the transitions. This CD is upbeat and mellow at the same time, so even if you're not a hardcore trance fan, I would recommened this (listen to on the beach, or at a party!) You will enjoy!

I love these sets exactly what am always on the hunt for and these two guys bring it. Many variations will NOT BORE YOU. Great solid beats.

I liked this set but I find that I prefer the songs on the first disc but I'm going to give the other songs more time.
