Hi there - I lost one of the black bumpers that fit over the screws. Is it possible to get a replacement? Thanks.

I almost lost a bumper too. Not sure if you can get a replacement from vendor. Possibly could get a suitable substitute at hardware store.

Is there any reason you cannot hang medals on the top row prior to attaching it to the wall?

The top bar is for attaching item to wall and keep it level. You can hang medals on it then attach it to wall or leave it blank.
