Millets are there, so is sugar. It's very sweet, probably lot of sugar is added for taste. Not at all recommended for diabetic and health conscious people. Request, please use jaggery atleast.

My family loves this biscuit. It contains 11 packets of biscuit. I don't know if it's too pricey or anything I'll buy it anyway. It is full of almonds.

Taste great. Biscuits tend to break easily because they are mostly millets and lack the binding of wheat/maida and gluten.
