Excellent alternative for mounting on aero bars.
My aero bars are a bit further apart that most; so I needed a mounting kit and this worked excellent!Be blessedParker

Everything is great about it except the flexible tubing...
I actually have 2 of these now. I do triathlons and getting out of the aero position to drink really slows me down since I have to reach down take a swig and put the water bottle back in the cage (either below or behind me). Now, all I have to do is tip the straw in my mouth and drink up. When the reservoir goes empty, I pull a water bottle out of one of the cages and use the quick fill top (the cut up neoprene cap). I find that by shoving the bottle's nozzle in there and squeezing the bottle about 4 times empties it completely into the reservoir. Great system. They also provide a yellow coiled up plastic thing that looks like a shower pouf sponge. This device you are supposed to stuff into the neck of the reservoir to prevent splashing of liquid out of the top. It actually works. Wash it out really well after use though. The only real problem with the kit is that the soft clear flexible tubing really smells bad. It also makes whatever you are drinking taste like the tubing. Absolutely horrible. They need to change whatever material they use to make it into something completely different. I usually throw away the clear tubing and cut a piece of clear tubing from my old CamelBak system that had too much tubing. That clear tubing is smell and taste free (even when new). (update 7-9-2014 new CamelBak link the old product was discontinued) Pure Flow Replacement Tube by CamelBak Also, just to make things clear, you have to buy the Profile Design Aero Drink Bracket to make this system work with whatever aerobar system you use since the width between the bars may vary.Another issue is that the drink bottle takes up a large portion of space up front. If you have your cyclocomputer (speedo, GPS, etc) mounted in between the aerobars you will need to relocate it elsewhere.Somehow, this item listed as a "toy" so ignore my star rating with regards to that.

Great product but use zip-ties to install.
There's a great 3rd-party installation video for this product that starts with a careful listing of all of the things that come with it and then the presenter says: now throw them away. This product is really simple to install if you just use four zip-ties, and once you do it's rock solid and a great design as are the bottles. Reasonably priced too. If you've never used an aero-bottle before, you'll find that you drink a lot more--especially when you're tired and it seems like a real effort to pull your water bottle and change positions to drink. Cap is set up so you can grab a bottle at transition and just squeeze the contents into the aero-bottle.

Works great! Very little splashing!
I was hesitant to order this product because many people complained about the splashing of the water and the use of rubber bands to attach it to your bike. First off, if you purchase this, you will need to also buy a profile design aero drink mounting bracket. The bracket doesn't come with this drink system. The rubber bands do just fine at holding the water bottle secure in the mounting bracket. I have raced with this system many times and have never had the yellow sponge fall out. Yes, there is a little splashing, but only when the bottle is full and when I hit really large bumps. Even then, it's not a big deal, since I only keep water in there, so it doesn't bother me. The cap is perfectly designed to allow for an effective hydration station hand off. The volunteer hands you an open water bottle and all you have to do is tip it over while putting the bottle mouth in the lid and the water flows right out to allow you to fill up the bottle. You can easily do it without having to stop to refill your bottle. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend this to anyone. The price is great too!

Good but complicated
So this bracket holds the Profile Design bike flask between your aero bars. It is a little complicated and hard to fit to the bike. Depending on your aero bar with it has spacers to accommodate (up to a point). There are velcro ties that also hold it in place. What I found is that depending on the positioning of the bracket hinges (very hard to see in the Amazon picture) it could be placed lower or up higher (i.e. so the bracket hangs below the level of the aero bars or raises above them). For my bike it did require some fiddling to get them just right; however, that being said: once it is fitted you are done messing with it even if you dont ride with a bottle from time to time. there is no need to remove it and it is not in the way. It is durable and the velcro straps stop it from moving around. There is also velcro tape that is placed on the bracket and on the bottle to secure the bottle onto the bracket but honestly this is futile because you will be removing the bottle frequently and the velcro tape will not withstand the "abuse". To combat that it does come with some industrial strength rubberbands that also assist in securing the bottle to the bracket. All in all a decent piece of gear but one for those who know what they want.

Could be a great product but requires some "enhancements"
I bought this last summer for my new tri bike and ultimately I'm happy with it, enough for four stars. Here are my issues:- If you are riding outdoors in the heat the liquid will heat up quick, the bottle is just plastic, nothing to prevent heat loss. I'm looking at building an enclosure for it with Styrofoam to help reduce the heat loss.- I bent my drinking tube using a heat gun so it would sit where my mouth could get to it. The tube hole is loose enough that the tube would twist around during a ride. I drilled the hole out slightly and added a rubber grommet that keeps the tube where I want it.I'll more than likely purchase another later in the spring and make the same mods.

Great value
I like how this is sturdy and holds everything tight in place. It also includes a few different types of fasteners which is nice so you have options depending on how you want it. It passed the test on multiple 100 mile rides, some with VERY bumpy roads.

Great aero bottle
I bought this to replace a previous aero bottle that had dropped and split, arrived quickly and came with a full complement of a straw, Velcro, elastic bands, none of which I expected so it was a great surprise.

Good Kit
I got the bottle to make life easier when doing competitions. All I would say is a bite valve on the straw would make this better. Overall I'm more than happy with it.
