Works as advertized

After reading a bunch of reviews stating that their tool broke, I thought I should report back and toss a vote into the didn't break bin. Worked as intended for me.

Delivery was timely and product looked like the picture but the only drain this thing will remove is one that you just put in and didn't tighten too much. The metal is a low grade casting and can't handle the stress required to remove an old drain. Mine broke a tooth before I even laid into it.

Provides grip that is needed to screw in tub drain plug, that is brand new from Home Depot. It worked even without a crescent wrench. I used Plumber's Putty instead of foam washer. Putty worked better.

This makes removing your drain simple and easy.

I purchase Drain Trip Lever Conversion Kit and it works Good. Make the replacement very simple.

Works great. I didn't need to use heat at all. Fit perfectly. Used in conjunction with a pipe wrench. Would purchase again.

Straight forward to use. You do need your own screwdriver/shaft to put into the round holes to tighten or loosen the drain, as it does not come with one, but what tool box doesn't have a Philips/cross screwdriver... The one thing that worries me a bit with older or high-end drains is that the tool is made from aluminum, and if the drain has brass or stainless steel cross-members and it is really stuck, then the tool may get damaged.
