This one works for me!
I've tried several prescriptions for anxiety over the years and rarely ever get a refill. My dr finally encouraged me to try this one. I'm now on my 3rd refill. It seems to calm my head down without the mood swings other medications seemed to bring on. You can't know if it works for you until you try it, but I would recommend giving it a whirl if you are taking the time to read reviews on it. I had zero aide effects from it myself.

Works. I took too much methylfolate and it raised my glutamate to high levels and made sleep difficult. This stuff lowered the glutamate.Follow up (11-22-200): Wow this stuff is great. Sleeping much better.Follow up (5-29-2023): I had dropped the mornign dose but noticed i was getting more anxious during the day. Started back on the mornign dose and noticed the difference.Follow up (4-28-2024): I think I need to stop taking this. Keep wakign at night. I think I have a paradoxical reaction to the glycine.

Amazing supplement!
After suffering from terrible anxiety and mood issues for my entire life, I pulled a genetic report that showed I have the GAD mutation. I discovered Dr. Stewart's podcast on this topic and immediately bought Pro GAD enhancer. I have been on it since 2020 and it has been be a game changer for me. I am able to fall asleep without other drugs and if I wake in the middle of the night with anxiety, I take one more and am able to calm and go back to sleep. When I have run out and not replaced it right away, I've noticed a difference. I'm much edgier and I struggle with falling asleep.

Fantastic product
This product changed my son's life. He suffers from severe anxiety and his doctor recommended these vitamins. They have made a huge difference. I highly recommend for anxiety and nervousness. You will see a difference after 1.5 weeks or so.
