Love these quick cooking steel cut oats. I takes about 15-20 minutes to cook, but if you set them out in a pan with water overnight they are ready to cook within minutes in the am. I like adding things like apples, peaches, walnuts, chia seeds, ground flax seed...makes for a yummy breakfast.

Bobs red mill quick cook steel cut oats - I love bobs red mill and steel cut oats. But - I am not a fan of 'quick cook' steel cut oats - they are just too mushy and not enough texture for me. That's just my personal choice so I cannot rate them lower for personal taste! If you like a really soft version of steel cut oats - you'll love these. I personally prefer more texture. My favorite is Bob's red mill golden spurtle steel cut oats. A tiny bit sweet and nutty. To each their own! I highly recommend anything Bob's Red Mill. Employee owned. Local for me in Oregon. Tasty steel-cut oats
Tasty, but like other “quick” cooking steel cut oats they still take a fair bit of time. Perhaps it’s just me as I don’t like mine anywhere near soupy.
