I have asthma and this has worked wonderfully for my chest congestion when I have a flare up. The black seed oil itself reduces inflammation in my lungs (as well as body-wide) and has helped dramatically reduce my need for rescue inhalers or nebulizer treatments. Excellent product! Good product but I have not seen noticeable change in my body.

I am happy to have found this supplement. I was already using black seed oil to help with chest tightness when I got a cold by pouring boiling water over 1 T of oil and inhaling the steam. I felt this worked well. I have "reactive airway" and would end up with bronchitis every November when the weather first got cold and also would develop it frequently with colds. I feel better since starting to take this supplement. I only cough a little in the morning and then feel better after taking it. I do notice a difference when I don't take it.
