Mooncake Molds Cookie Cutter Molds Extra Large Round 6 Stamps 250g

Used these to make springerle cookies for Christmas, took some trial and error, but they came out wonderfully.

I love these molds. They make beautiful cookies. I have to agree with the comments that say the stamping device is useless. You’ll get better results (with cookies at least) if you just hold the stamp plate in your hand and press it into the dough. You’ll get much better accuracy and you can make sure to apply pressure evenly. They should modify this product so that each plate has a small handle attached to it. That would make this product even easier to use.Anyway, here’s one of the cookies that I made. It’s not even decorated and it looks pretty impressive.

The cookie mold designs are fantastic however the stamping device is hard to use. Once I decided to not use it and just stamp my cookies by hand I was really happy with the results.

Two of my mooncake molds were identical. So that then means I got only five not six molds of different patterns. This is HUGE!!I did not really want a mooncake press this large. Oh well live and learn.

I have many mooncake molds. This one doesn't fit in as well as some of my other ones. It keeps coming lose, but if I work with it, I can get it to stay, but it is not as easy. I make bath bombs with mine and they come out looking great.
