Collagen Supplement with Multi-Collagen Protein Type I, II, III, V and X Peptides Supplements, 120 Capsules

I used the product for overall health. I wanted a healthier body inside so that it can be manifested on the outside, im talking about my hair,skin and nails. I felt better but i think that I need to take this more than 2 months. There’s really no significant changes that I have noticed.

I am looking forward to the results described for joints. I don't have to remember to take these like I do the powder and they are easy to swallow. I just add them to my daily pill box along with my other meds and it is done.

The capsules are average 'supplement' size. The complaint I have about it would be that it does not list the source of the collagen or what the capsules are made of. It makes no claims on being vegan, which is typical since collagen is normally an animal sourced product, but the lack of specifics is troubling. There is no actual 'list' of ingredients, which I found unusual, only the Daily Values box. The dosage amount is high, 4 capsules twice a day on an empty stomach. I'm not sure that I could take that amount consistently, it's too much on the stomach. Possibly as a 'loading dose' but then cut down to something more reasonable. I will finish this bottle and possibly another to see if there are noticeable results.I think if the labeling were corrected to include the missing information I would feel more comfortable with taking it.

I started taking these about three months ago and so far I really have noticed a difference. My nails are so strong and grow so long. My hair seems to be growing as well and my skin looks really nice. Definitely going to buy again.
