Bad product description - actual product only supports 8kg
The product description both on Amazon and the manufacturer's site says it supports up to 15kg. I get the package from Amazon, open it up, and staring at me right on the front of the box it says "up to 8kg" - barely half of what is advertised. And the Amazon seller was the manufacturer, not one of the 3rd party listings. I would just avoid it to be safe. There are a lot of other reputable options out there.

Great stand that's easy to assemble, sturdy, and stable!
After digging around in the /r/buildapcsales subreddit looking for posts about deals on monitor arms back around Black Friday 2019, I came across a post from Arctic employee that engaged the other posters. I've always been a fan of that kind of customer service and it endears a company to me, and while I thought it was cool, I ended up picking up a single arm from another company.Fast forward to now and I found myself wanting to move to a three-monitor setup. Once again, I went digging through Reddit and once again found the post I described above. This time, I messaged the rep, described what I needed, and here we are.In addition to this arm, I picked up a two-monitor extension arm. The arms were easy enough to switch out so that two monitors are on bottom and one is on top.The arms are a snap to tighten or loosen and the included cable management clip that goes around the pole has holes for the hex keys that come with the stand. I have a Viewsonic XG2401 mounted on it that's 7.6 lbs. Once tightened, the monitor arm has not slipped, and tilting it down felt solid. Some arms feel flimsy, even when fully tightened, but not this one. The pole has good weight to it and the threads screwed into the pole extension tightly. What is the bad? I can't really say there is any. While the arms on the extension don't give me quite the range that my old dual-monitor stand did, the arm on this is able to be positioned exactly in the middle of my other monitor, which is exactly what I need. I knew what I was getting into when I bought it, so it's not a bad thing and certainly doesn't deserve to be docked a star.Although the customer service isn't part of the rating, between posting on Reddit and immediately taking care of a minor packaging issue that wasn't their fault, the customer service is top notch. The Arctic arms might be more expensive than other setups, and might not be available via Prime (at least when I wrote this), but the customer service makes up for it. The shipping quote was really long, but it arrived much faster via UPS.If there's any hesitation in buying this product because it's not Prime or it has less reviews than other stands, ignore that hesitation and get a setup going with Arctic!

Supports Dell 49" Ultra-wide - read below
CAVEAT: This is supporting my Dell 49" U4919DW, BUT...1. The arm is not extended at all, so the weight is centrally balanced.2. I never move the monitor. If you plan on moving the monitor around, I would consider a heavier duty arm.Their website says it supports up to 38" monitors, but the weight of the Dell 49" was just under the max supported weight. So I took a gamble, but only because I knew I wouldn't be moving the monitor at all. When I first mounted it, I had to re-tighten every axis because it was drooping and tilting. But it hasn't budged in a few months now.

If you're looking for more desk space
Got this to make more space on my desk. I dig the 4 extra USB slots as well, so that's a plus. Very easy to assemble as well. I have it clamped onto a cheap Ikea desk top, where the board is most likely particleboard, and it's been holding up fine for a couple weeks now. It's holding my 35 inch ultrawide Vast monitor, that weighs more than 20 pounds for sure. No sagging after tightening screws. It arrived in a timely manner, no damages, holds the monitor great and charges devices while freeing up some space on my desk. So that's a 5 star product to me.

Does not support Super Ultrawide monitors
I set this bad boy up to hold my 49" Samsung Super Ultrawide monitor. Unfortunately, the stand couldn't support the monitor's weight even after tightening the mount to the point of stripping its bolts. The build quality is a bit on the cheaper side, but I think this would be a great monitor basic stand for a regular monitor.

Not really suitable for 49" Samsung CHG90
Tried to use this with Samsung CHG90 49" super ultra wide. The arm says it can handle the weight, but despite heroic force applied to the pole clamp screw, the arm slides down the pole if I move the monitor at all.

Works for the Samsung chg90 which is quite heavy
Holds up my 49 in. Ultrawide. It weighs a ton so I'm pretty happy that this worked out. I'd want it to be slightly taller but not a huge deal.

Rock solid.
Holds my large (43"), new TV screen as my new "monitor" for working at home. Received just before the world locked covidown and thank goodness. Not a problem in the world with it.

Easy to use yes but DOES NOT I repeat DOES ...
Easy to use yes but DOES NOT I repeat DOES NOT support up to 15KG, It clearly states on the box that ot only supports up to 8KG, And even then it would not support my 8KG screen,My 6KG screen is fine though so for lighter monitor this will work. I have had to send two back due to description errors on this product

Simple, sturdy, flexible, discreet
Very easy to assemble and does exactly what it's supposed to. Holds my 34" 21:9 monitor without problems. Easy to adjust with included Allen key. Only tiny thing that would have been nice is if an extra plastic cable holder clip for the thick park of the arm was included so you could have one on top and one on the bottom.

Can't support 10kg, let alone 15kg
Looks relatively sturdy but just can't keep my Apple Thunderbolt display level. It keeps sagging forward even though the display weighs 10kg versus the 15kg advertised weight. Repeated tightening of the allen screw means that that is now stripped after less than a fortnight's use.I've resorted to super gluing the joint to try to make this workable.Suppose you get what you pay for and if you have a small (I was say <24") monitor then this might work, but for anything approaching its advertised weight I'd steer well clear.

USB hub defective grounding, unable to hold advertised weight
I bought this back when it advertised 49 inch monitor support and a weight limit of 15KG.The arm can clearly take 15KG, however the mount that holds the monitor won't hold it against the pull of gravity and the monitor will tip towards the desk the minute you let go.When used with a smaller monitor it works, and the USB hub is nice but it seems to have a defective power connection. I'm receiving constant, small shocks that cause the USB hub in the stand to malfunction until the whole unit is power cycled. Other USB hubs by other manufacturers are not affected when using the same port.Arctic wanted me to send it back to them at my own cost and would not under any circumstances provide a shipping label for their bulky and heavy mount. I refused to do so as the issue was clearly with the product and instead of providing the label, they offered a full refund instead.
