Cutting device not easy to use.
This was used to cut corn off the cob, the cutting tool could have been sharper. I was looking for something easier than using a knife, which it wasn’t. I like to return it , but have used it.

Not sharp enough to remove corn from cob without lots of effort!
The tool slides over the corn rather than under it. Takes ALOT of pressure to hold it to the cob to get the corn off. Much easier to simply use a knife. Not a fan... in the trash!

1/4% effective. 3/4 waste.
Only peels about 3-4 columns at a time and at half depth. Creates mush rather than clean crisp cuts. Might be ok if you are making creamed corn, but not good if you want semi whole kernals. Fair enough idea, bad overall result. Recommend looking elsewhere.

It does not work the way I expected it to when I try to take corn off of the cob it doesn’t go very deep and I end up having to do it several times and then I end up with some corn mush texture not big pieces like I was hoping for maybe I’m using it wrong or something maybe I should watch some videos of people doing it because it’s kind of a new thing for me maybe there’s a learning curve

Peel the corn on the cob with ease
I purchased this for my mother in law who is 78 years old. It’s very easy for her to hold and peel the corn off the corn on the cob. I personally have had one for years and when company comes over they love it and want to know where to buy it. With success I found the same one on Amazon. Great tool to add to your drawer of strange utensils.

This is how a corn stripper should be! Good Product!
This device feels good in the hand with a very ergonomic design. It feels sturdy and the overall design is good. The first time I used it on raw corn, it surprised me with how easily it stripped the cob. And cooked corn was even easier. Good product! This should be your choice if you're looking for a corn stripper.

Much better than using a knife.
I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I find this quick and easy to use. In fact, I have purchased 3. The first one eventually broke. Still using the second, and I just bought one for my daughter.

Works great! I just wish it took a little deeper bite. Seems like I only get half of the kernels
