Very cute soft toy bag ..children would definitely like it cos of the cuteness! Your kid will use this like a toy. I had to replace with another one whre the zio was hard to open .now received a good one.. very good response from the seller regarding replacement.. Quality is ok ok .i dont prefer buying expensive things for kids as they will definitely destroy it soon .for this price this is good ..

Services issue
Bag quality is average however th issue is with Amazon services. DP didn't bother to connect the consumer to handover the product and went silently post keeping the order somewhere around doorstep. Had to ask neighbours for order, this is really disgust.
