Ok I was sceptical when told about this but, having had covid my hair, skin and nails took a battering and I just felt a mess then I was recommended this and first I thought it was a fad but I bought it and now I have come to the end of the bottle and…I am BUYING ANOTHER ONE! What a change in all of the above, my nails are stronger and my hair has started to grow along my hairline and is thicker which is amazing as it hasn’t grown there since 2005 when I had my son so WOW! You won’t be disappointed, Oh and the taste is very sweet but I love it even though the thought of fish collagen put me off at first but you wouldn’t know and as my mum says “ you never see a wrinkly fish, do you?”

I bought this as the Second bottle after trying the first from a different brand. I’ve tried this collagen for now 8 weeks and can’t say I notice a difference. Only thing I noted was that these white bottles are sold under various brands. Same Pharma, same white bottle, same liquid, same flavour, just a different brand label. Someone’s having a laugh!

I did some research before ordering any collagen and found out that VitaZam product is one of the best on the market with a great value for money.It tastes so delicious too. I can’t say anything about effect as of now (It’s been 1 week since I started taking it), but I’m expecting to see some improvements shortly. Total waste of money. Thought I’d go this a try as I’ve had various symptoms of the menopause. The most annoying currently is the pain in my thumb joints and wrists. I saw collagen recommended for easing this. However after taking it every day I haven’t noticed any difference whatsoever. It also taste vile. Quite artificial and bitter but possibly with an artificial sweetness or something to mask it. Whatever it is it doesn’t work. I was willing to put up with that if there was any benefit- but there’s been none at all. And its not cheap.

not sure if its worth it, powder shows more effect.
