Q: Can i manualy set the psi and if so what is the range? And dies it have a dedicated presure cooker setting ?

I don't know about setting the psi, if it builds up too much pressure it has a safety valve. All the presets are for pressure cooking, there is a slow cooker function, but I don't use it because it does the same job in twenty minutes.
