It's looser, slidier, than I anticipated, but decent for the price

It's very nice with a rich look and feel...

The tray openings in this organizer fit my needs (and drawer) better than any others I could find.The lacquer finish makes cleanup easy and protects against water damage if silverware isn't totally dry when it's put away.I will note however, that if it doesn't fit your drawer depth exactly, the slick bamboo bottom will slide around, especially when closing the drawer... I used poster putty (blu-tak, fun-tak, etc.) to hold it in place, but a rubber pad or towel underneath the organizer could also work.

This product is the perfect size for my drawer and works well. It was not sanded all the way in a few spots, and I got a splinter from it. Just be careful when you are in the drawer rooting around.

I have many different types of spoons and needed something that would have enough slots to organize all my flatware. This works beautifully. I had a bamboo one before but it didn't have enough slots. I would say this one might not be as sturdy as compared to my previous one because the bamboo isn't as thick, but I think this one is actually prettier. It is a rich bamboo color that shows the grain well and looks to be well sealed. My other one was hard to clean at times because it wasn't well sealed.Since it will be sitting stationary in a drawer is think it will be durable and last a long time.I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it and the seller. The only problem someone might experience is the longer side slots will not hold larger utensils such as full size spatulas if both sides are extended and your drawer is 20" or less across. It will hold slotted spoons, cake server, small spatula etc...This is not a problem for me because I am using it only for my various types of flatware pieces: knives, forks, little forks, spoons, little spoons, coffee spoons, iced tea spoons, and soup spoons.

I had installed new soft close drawers not realizing just how big & wide they would be. This product saved the day as I'm an organizing freak. Love them & the fact their made with Bamboo, so no feelings of guilt

I recently reorganized my kitchen so I purchased 3 different bamboo full drawer organizers for (3) of my 12 3/4” drawers: 1 for serving utensils, 1 for disposable cutlery, etc (for my daughter’s’ school lunches) and 1 for the junk drawer. Although they cost relatively the same amount, the quality was radically different. Here is how I rank them (from best to worst):Bamboo Expandable Silverware Drawer Organizer - Kitchen Cutlery Utensil Flatware Tray Mortise and Tenon Connection (by Zri)14” deep, 11-17” wide and 2.5” high, made by Zri. This unit is by far the heaviest and sturdiest of the three. I’d give it 4.5 stars (a half star deduction - at 14” deep, I’ve had to buy an extra organizer to use in front of it in order to utilize the full drawer) but, after weighing in the fact that this organizer should last a long time given the top quality bamboo, great finish, and strong mortise and tenon joints, I rounded up to 5 stars.BAMEOS Upgraded Utensil Drawer Organizer, Cutlery Tray Desk Drawer Organizer Silverware Holder Kitchen Knives Tray Drawer Organizer, 100% Pure Bamboo Expandable Adjustable Cutlery in Natural ColorAlthough the headlined description now claims that the unit is 13.1-23.1” wide by 16.9” deep and 2” high, the description notes further down the ad list the correct dimensions: 12.5- 22” wide by 16.9” by 2”. This is an nice middle of the road unit (smooth and well finished) though I don’t know why they’ve changed the main description to reflect bad information. At 16.9” deep, the last couple of inches in the back of the drawer are inaccessible unless you slide the unit back and store items between the drawer front and the organizer (there’s not enough space for an additional organizer like there is with the Zri). 3.5 stars rounded to 3 due to incorrect dimensions listed in the ad.Lipper International 8397 Bamboo Wood Adjustable Drawer Organizer with 6 Removable Dividers, 12" x 17-1/2" x 1-7/8"12” wide, 17 1/2” deep, and 1 7/8” high. My least favorite- the unit is lighter weight than the others, the finish is quite thin, and the surfaces are rough. I also purchased a Lipper 3 drawer divider to go in front of the Zri at the same time (see photos) and regret that I didn’t wait for this one to arrive before purchasing another of their products. The 3 compartment tray has the same issues and is splintery, too, so I’m replacing it with:Sansnow Bamboo Kitchen Seasoning Box Tableware Knife Fork Organizer Box, Bamboo 12"4"which is due to arrive tomorrow. Although I was tempted to give the Lipper organizer 2 stars because it’s the longest of three and utilizes more of the drawer, it’s the most shallow unit and the quality just isn’t there when compared to the other 2 units. So, 1 star it is.I would definitely purchase more Zri and Bameo units if needed but I’ll be avoiding the Lipper brand from now on.
