fascinating and life changing
I find myself breathing so much better now as a result of this book, and being a better performing athlete. I am also being more conscious about ‘how’ I breath. Not only that, it has improved my meditation practice a lot, be used by knowing how to breath better, I can actually focus on my breath how in practice, whereas before I would keep drifting away in thought rather than paying attention to my breath. So thank you for an amazing book on such a life changing topic.

Complete Introduction To Breathwork
A fairly comprehensive review of the benefits and how-to of breathwork; especially for those not interested in the woo-woo kind of baggage that is often attached to various breathwork practices.With that said, if you've been in the scene for any length of time, don't expect to find anything revolutionary in this book. I would also say that although the book makes an attempt at laying out some programs, I didn't really find anything here that I would feel confident in just presenting to someone as an easy "how-to" to get started or with any kind of progression/scaling.

Whether your an athlete or tactical professional this book is a must have in your library! The role of breath training in gaining both a tactical and performance advantage is essential and clearly shown in Breathing for Warriors. After reading this book you will realize the importance of incorporating a breath training routine into your routine!

Fantastic read!
This book has a lot of information for all types of people. Not just for athletes. The information is easy to understand. Starts with the basics of diaphragmatic breathing, and then gets into the many different ways to perform better, depending on what type of goals you have. Great read. I've suggested it to many people already!

Life changer
This book has changed my life. Dr. Vranich provides practical, teachable knowledge that can be put into play in your life immediately. I made changes while reading this book that improved my lifting and workouts. I’m so thankful for this book.

Excited for this!
The media could not be loaded. Book seems very detailed and I’m excited to read it didn’t arrive brand new liking to me though. Will update after read!Update!!!!! It’s way over complicated for no reason and super vauge when it’s not overly complicated I’m sad I want the breathing for dummy’s not for rocket scientist. I wish they didn’t say stuff like breath horizontal and vertical. This is just one of those things where the person doesn’t know how to explain it unless you worked with them and they showed you in person they are not good at translating it to words at all.

Breathe like Rickson Gracie
Absolute no brainer. I’ve ended up doing Dr Vranich’s breathing certification and it’s transformed my jiu jitsu, specifically:1) I’m stronger in all positions using bracing breath2) I burn less energy, am less anxious3) By focusing on your breathing technique you remember far more of your rolls and can correct mistakes or areas you struggle with more easily.4) I can get to sleep more easily.

Arrived damaged...
I haven't read the book yet, this review won't be about the content of the book, it really could be an amazing read but we ain't talking bout that.The book has arrived today but unfortunately it arrived damaged, I just thought that I'd let y'all know Incase anybody is worried about that stuff.I'm busy with other books at the moment but maybe I'll edit this to include a review of the book's content at some point if I feel like coming back to edit this.

A lot of anecdotal "evidence", very little scientific
Nothing really new or backed up by data or studies - mostly nice little stories and some exercises.

Do you like sports? Just buy it.
