This is a clear, complete, well-organized compilation of information about essential oils, their benefits, and how to use them.

This book has everything needed for someone to start using essential oils and or making their own household, personal care and products for the family. Highly recommend for starters!!!!

Great basic knowledge, very helpful.

After I showed my husband a book about home remedies, he really wanted a book on the use of essential oils. He thought that it would also be very beneficial for him to learn how essential oils can help him be healthier and to treat some of the things in his life so that his quality of life gets better. The book "The Beginner's Guide to Essential Oils" has a hundred different ways to use the top 30 essential oils. My husband has read articles about different oils before, but got tired of trying to find an essential oil for each health issue he wanted help with. One of his major issues he wanted help with was that he often has sore muscles after working in the yard too long. I found a great recipe in his book about easing sore muscles called "Muscle Mender Bath" on page 82. He also struggles at times getting to sleep because of the stress he may feel at work. I found several essential oil recipes on pages 92-94 that greatly helped him in getting to sleep. These really work and this book has become an essential to him. The book profiles some of the most popular essential oils and then goes into the top 30 and how they can be helpful. My husband is trying to live a healthier life and I'm glad I was able to help him along with "The Beginner's Guide to Essential Oils"

Great beginners guide to E-Oils-101

I purchased a lot of essential oils for my friend over Christmas. She’s a big essential oil person. I thought I had previously bought her a book on the essential oils but when I spoke to her, she said she didn’t have a book so in turn, I purchased un essential oil book that I will give to her later on she is in love with her gift and the oil smell remarkable.

Such an educational read! Explains all types of oils, masks and butters, how to make them, and the skin types they are best used for. Recommends oil blends, provides a list of ingredients needed, and is clear to understand! An easy and enjoyable read! Excited to get creating my own! Thank you! X

Love this book! So much information for starting your journey of essential oils. The author has cover everything you need to know to get you started, from the basics of oils and carrier oils to blending and cautions. There is also some amazing recipes to begin your healthy or healing changes for yourself or to gift friends or have parties. So glad I started with this book and I recommend to anyone starting out with essential oils, it's a must read!!
