If you have a Macbook 12 #A1534 and want some protection and a nice looking case BUY THIS!
So for the good! Nice look and the protection is better than if there is nothing on it at all. I feel it offers also better protection and grip than those plastic covers and those crack very easy, trust me they do and the plastic is a bit thicker and with the fabric and I like the top cover with the medium grey look. Fits really really good too, tight and does not seam to just fall off like some others seam to and what I was concerned was will it make this thin Macbook 12 really thick and no it dose not, a tad bit but not much maybe an 1/8 for the top and for the bottom total!Now the bad, mine came with some areas that did not have the fabric glued to the plastic not huge but some how missed QC.For $19.99 a very good buy for your Macbook 12, just make sure that you have the A1534 model!!

To add a case protections makes it overheat and shut down.
This product is not recommended for a Mac 12" that system has no fan to cool off the processor. So to add a case prevent proper heat dissipation on the system shuts down.

Plastic border of this case melts and warps easily
I bought this just six weeks ago. If your computer or friction from your hands/wrists causes to much heat, the plastic border warps and stops fitting snug to your laptop. It got so warped I had to eventually cut some of the plastic border off. I wouldn't buy again.

AMAZING FEEL!
This is a great buy! I've been looking for a neutral gray case for my 2017 Macbook and came across this one! Putting it on was a breeze and the quality is GREAT! I've never had a fabric laptop cover and it totally enhances the feel of the computer! Love the feeling of the brushed fabric and how sturdy and protective it is!

Very nice texture and look, but doesn't line up with computer exactly.
Love the look and the texture. But unfortunately, it doesn't work. Doesn't line up properly with my computer on one corner. Also does not allow computer to stay closed as the case creates a gap.

Was given the wrong item
I purchased this for my 2015 Macbook 12" A1534. The packaging says that is what the case is for, however, the case is way too big. Seems like it is for a 13" Macbook pro. Now I am in the process of returning to Amazon. Aside from that, the actual case is really nice. I am just sad it is not for my laptop
