I often wake up with my tongue stuck to the top of my mouth (gross). A friend suggested these tablets—hold it up your gum for about 5 seconds when you hop into bed and yippee, my tongue and mouth aren’t super dry in the morning. Oh, they’re tasteless. Bonus!

I wear a CPAP but the absolutely miserable dry mouth it caused resulted in numerous wake-ups each night to spray my mouth or drink water. It was making it very difficult to use the CPAP. As a patient taking 16 prescriptions for an incurable spinal disease, all but 3 say they can cause dry mouth. I'm not saying they all do, but I have dry mouth so severely that my teeth (over a period of 3 years), all but 8 of my upper teeth have broken off below the gum line. My oral health hygiene has always been excellent, and my dentist said its all do to severe dry mouth. He also said he knew when I got to that point because when it got so bad, his instruments wouldn't move appropriately in my mouth. Eventually they wouldn't slide at all. After experimenting with every brand, their sprays, lozenges, rinses, toothpastes, etc. etc. the only ones that helped had the ingredient "xylitol". The xylimints adhere to your tooth (or teeth if using 2 at a time). They don't affect your speech or appearance, and they dissolve very slowly over a period of 2-3 hours. You may still need to have a sip of something once in awhile. But they have actually effected my quality of life in a good way. Also, if I have to go to the dentist, I will already have one in my mouth on the opposite side of where he is working. Before, he would stop for a couple of seconds and remove his instruments from my mouth. I would drink quite a bit from my water bottle which was ALWAYS within my reach. Before the xylimints, he knew when I was starting to have almost a panicky feeling because not only was my mouth dry, but my throat too, making it hard to swallow.

I loved everything about this product. Taste was slightly minty, lasted a very long time and stayed where it was put. I give it A+
