Norpro Stainless Steel Cake Pan, 23cm

I read some bad reviews here about this product but it's totally wrong, product is a very good quality and durable,so without doubt go for it..

Not strong enough base. Weight of the product is not 363g as mentioned in the product description. It is only 292 gms and base of the pan is very light and easily getting twisted.

I have been using this pan for various types of baked dishes, this time I made crêpe suzette and baked it at 185 degree Celsius, and I have to say it's just working perfectly. I have used it up to 200 degree Celsius in my OTG and it works fine without warping or bending of the metal. Yeah, it's a little bit pricey with respect to the size that is available but I guess because of its foreign brand manufacturing in India.

I wanted to replace my bakeware with stainless steel.. and here I found this superb product. It is so strong that it will last for years and years. No need to think twice.

OK. Made in India and sold by the US. LOL! Nothing to shout about. Bought it to avoid reaction through the container.

I chose Norpro since it is sturdy, thick and heavy stainless steel pan and it can be used for baking as an alternative to aluminium pans . I thought Norpro is manufactured in India . And I have also seen information that only the Indian made Norpro pans are sturdy and of good quality . But they sent me an Norpro product which is China made . In the sticker inside the pan they have placed it as Made in India , but in the outside cover it is mentioned as Made in China . Fake product . It is not sturdy as an Indian made product .
