Does it come with the hard drive?

Yes it comes with the hardrive. The one I am selling comes with the 500gig hdd vs the normal 250gig.

Can you play xbox one games on it

No you cannot. This is a xbox 360 cannot play ganes from a system that came out after.

Works great just remember this model will only support the 250 gig hard drive not the 500 gig hard drive

does it come in the original box?

Yes, in original box, it has been sitting on a shelf for the last 5 years with a small blanket over it. Maybe be some creases, ping and ding on the box but it was rarely moved.
