I really like the design and the customization was easy. The decal came with easy to read instructions. I also have quite a bit of experience with decal application on car windows, which is what I got this for. My problem came when applying the decal to the window. I followed all the steps and tips. Tried to be extremely careful and still the decal was sticking to the transfer sheet badly. In fact the top of the decal peeled off of the adhesive layer in places and then wouldn’t lay down. This did not work for me and I ended up having to completely remove it. The good news is that this may have just been a one-off and the company was very responsive and professional. They offered me a replacement or a refund. I chose a refund and they issued it to my Amazon account very quickly. So, the product I received: 5 stars for style and 1 star for ability to apply. Customer service gets 5 stars.

The smaller letters/numbers are hard to transfer causing me to lose part of the number. I was able to use tweezers to put the missing peace on.

I've applied many decals and this is a first that would not come off the backing, every time I tried to remove the backing the lettering tried to come off, I would put it back in place rub with my hand, a plastic smoother, nothing worked, very disappointed and will not order again.

The decal looked beautiful but it is not good for a car window.... it rained once and the decal is already peeling off and the white wording is like bleeding white.

This is absolutely perfect, so beautiful. Made it for grandma who passed away last March.

It is very pretty that is why I gave a 2, but I only had it on less then a month and it curling and falling off already. I followed the instructions to the tee. I am going to buy another and it a try.

Disappointed in product and it’s color. Not as pictured. I had delivered directly to friend and rather embarrassed to see it wasn’t the pink shade as pictured and it was all wrinkled.

I absolutely love this product, so tasteful and says exactly what I feel about my late sister, thank you for representing her in such a tasteful manner.
