EXACT REPLACEMENT MOTOR
USED THIS REPLACEMENT MOTOR FOR AN IDENTICAL FAN IN WHICH THE MOTOR AND REMOTE RECEIVER BECAME DEFECTIVE .DID THE JOB AND SAVED A TIDY SUM BY NOT HAVING TO BUY AN ENTIRE REPLACEMENT FAN .

Fan speed is slower
The fan has three fan speeds slow, slower and slowest. While it looks great and functions I’m sure to spec, just compare to others to see if the airflow desired is right for you.

Makes clicking sound- can’t get rid of it
Bought 3. Worked great for a few days then all of the sudden 1 started to make a clicking sound with every rotation. Sounded as if a label (or something) was stuck inside the motor and was clicking as the motor rotated. It is intermittent. Tried rebalancing the blades, swapping blade locations- no go. Returned it and got another one - it’s doing the same thing. Beautiful fan but annoying clicking sound on 2 of the 3 we bought. They were all installed by a professional electrician who has installed many, many fans.

Specs changed
C25 remote used to work with this fan. No longer. I bought one thinking it still did.
