I do not recommend for small child as the rings are small and could be a choke hazard and the wood pegs would not stay in place and I had to glue them. But over would recommend.

So I like this product. There’s a lot here that’s teachable and engaging. I got this for my 3 year old twins but I also have a 1 year old. My 1 year old would give anything to grab one of these little pieces-he is smart and tactful and my twins aren’t always careful even if they play with it up higher where he can’t reach. So if this is also you-count those pieces when you put it away! I will say though that my twins play with this for hours and would all day everyday if I would let them. Definitely worth it!

I bought this for my toddler, who will be 2 next month. If you have a kiddo that still mouths their toys, don't purchase this. The rings are thin and small and definitely would pose a hazard to a baby. Mine does not have this issue but I think it is worth mentioning.Side note, the rings are so small and there are so many that I already know they will be all over my house. As another reviewer said, I may take them and reintroduce the rings at a later time when she's old enough to use them correctly. That's kind of a bummer since 1:1 correspondence with numbers was the allure of this learning toy to begin with. I don't fault the company for this entirely, the box says for ages 6+. I do think that, like most things sold on Amazon, the pictures are misleading (don't be fooled by the picture of the small child playing with the magnetic fish -- it's not nearly that large).The fishing game is super cute. Fishing pole is cheaply made, so if you have a child that plays rough with toys, you may want to reconsider!Overall, a decent buy.

Pretty good overall. The only small issue is the little dowels/sticks. Some fit too tight, some too loose, so they never quite stand up straight together. But, they don’t fall out by themselves.This is not an issue for me, but the one I received had different colors than pictured. For instance the 8 is pink and the 10 is lavender. 1 red, 2 orange, 3 yellow, 4 light green, 5 dark green, 6 fuchsia, 7 royal blue, 9 baby blue. My almost 2 year old grandchild LOVES going “gishing” with the magnet fishing pole, lol.

The counting aspect is great, but the small rings are 100% choke hazard! I wouldn’t purchase again, I’d just get a different toy that has #s!

The idea behind this product is great, however the craftsmanship is poor. The wooden pieces are flimsy and don't fit into the holes well. They are loose and fall out easy. The colored disks are small cheap and made of plastic pieces. Overall, I wanted to love this product but it's just made VERY cheaply. I would recommend finding something similar made is the United States that is of higher quality material.

Great toy, annoying clean up. My 1.5 yr old loves the number puzzle and the fishing but those rings, I might store away until she’s older cause they wind up EVERYWHERE! The sticks the rings go on are also very loose. I was meaning to glue gun them down but one is missing already. Wish they fastened on more snug. Pretty good quality otherwise.

I bought this product so i could start practicing numbers with my toddler and it has been a hit very cute presentation... however I gave it four stars because you have to insert the wood sticks that the rings go on and it is not a perfect fit they constantly come out and my toddler gets upset I’m thinking I might end up having to glue them in. But overall still a great product
