Was supposed to be for my sons second birthday but he found it and now has to wear it everyday

Bought for my friends kid for christmas hope he likes it

Son loves his watch. Wears it all the time.

This has broken as you can see from the photos it will not click back in either or though the time is still ticking when the clocks change this will be useless this was very upsetting for my son who absolutely loved his watch on Christmas day when he opened this package. I have tried to contact the seller but there appears to be no option to do this
