I've bought this product many times. It really works great for my skin, it mainly to erase acne and to smooth and brighten my skin.

Just one complaint
I like everything about this product - the way it smells, how it makes my skin feel, value for money, etc. - except its packaging. Without cutting the tube apart and dipping your fingers in each end it is impossible to empty the tube without wasting a week's worth of this cleanser. I believe that Burt's Bees is a company founded on high environmental standards so ditch the plastic (for all your products) and use glass jars like you do with the night cream. If it weren't for this I'd have given it 5 stars.

Wonderfully scented cooling cleanser
I bought this on a whim, not expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised. It provided some much welcome relief during the recent heatwave in the Western US. The product does what it claims to do - cools and cleanses, leaving a lovely scent behind.

This cleanser works great for my skin type- it's gentle yet effective! My husband and I both LOVE the scent and how fresh it makes our skin feel. Once we tried this, there was no going back!

new formula?
I've used this face wash for over 10 years and love it. The updated formula got me questioning why they had to change it but ill give it a try since I purchased 3 bottles. The only huge difference is the smell. Older bottle was more refreshing and had a cooling effect. New formula has more citrus and has a stronger scent. I am adjusting to it but I wish they kept the same formula as before.Might update later

Me deja limpio y suave mi rostro, con un aroma agradable
Me encanta el aroma y la sensación que deja en mi rostro. No me reseca la piel, al contrario me queda suave el rostro y con un aroma que me agrada y relaja. Limpia bien la cara, primero me humedezco el rostro, luego uso mis dedos para tallarme con este jabón y al final paso mi esponja de rostro rápidamente. Enjuago bien y listo.
