Commercial Electric 6 in. White Integrated LED Recessed Downlight with Nightlight Trim

These are great lights. Very easy to install and the nightlight mode is much more useful than I thought it would be. The selectable color temperature allowed my wife to pick the color she liked without me having to hunt down a bunch of different LED types. Installation was a breeze, took less than a minute per light. The spring clips work great and make it easy to remove the light to adjust the color temp.The way these work is as follows:If the light has been off for more than 30 seconds, turning on the switch will activate the down light. Turning the switch off and then within 30 seconds back on again will activate the nightlight. The fixture will continue to toggle between nightlight and downlight each time it is switched. Once it is off for more than 30 seconds it will default back to downlight mode.

Spectacular lights. Easy to install. My wife loves the ambiance of the ring night light feature. It is logical to toggle between the light sources. Simply turn the switch on as normal. The first switch on turns on the center light. Toggle off, then on again and it turns on the ring light. These are perfect for our master bath ceiling lights.

Light was easy to install. Instructions are clear and setting are straight forward. Had to hire a person to install since this light is in my 16 foot high ceiling and I don't have a ladder that tall.

Really wanted to utilize these, but the blades/tabs don't appear to be compatible with recessed cans as they won't stay in without dropping. I'm guessing these are used in applications where there is no can, but just a hole in your drywall ceiling. I ended up using their standard retrofit LED recessed can units with selectable color temps. They utilize the typical spring hooks that hook into the tabs on the inner wall of the can.

We changed out an existing can light in an interior hallway with this light and love the night light feature. We haven’t seen anything else like this and we’re very happy with this purchase.
