Copper Fit Freedom Elbow Compression Sleeve

This is perfect for tennis elbow or tendinitis. I used to steer my Jeep with my left hand from the passenger side as a rural carrier for the USPS. That left my whole left arm from the shoulder down to my wrist in pain most evenings. This doesn't seem like it's going to do much, but I can tell you it has been fantastic! I use it a little in the evenings before bed and in the mornings for about an hour and I can really tell a difference in the amount of pain and discomfort I have in my elbow now. A little pain relief creams, ice and heat applied was not enough, although I do still use them occasionally, but a lot less now that I have this. You can use it on both arms so it's great for occasional use or all day use if you prefer. I'm going to get one for knees, ankles, feet and whatever else they make it for because I'm not getting any younger and delivering the mail isn't getting any easier.

This 'medium' would be very small on a man. I am a muscular woman and 5'6". It fits me well. I have only worn it once, but it made my elbow feel much better. Eventually I was tired of the compression sensation, but the few hours I wore it it was comfortably snug and did its job in supporting my occasionally sore elbow. It feels like quality material that will last me a long time since my use will be infrequent. A great deal for the price.

I wear this for tennis elbow that flares up on me, it actually has pretty good durability considering I sometimes wear it everyday for months on end. It tends to stretch out after a couple months so I will sometimes need to buy another one. I would say its medium compression overall, it's not too tight that it cuts off bloodflow or anything. I have had no real complaints with it and plan to keep buying this brand ( I did try a couple others and didn't like them).

I purchased this Copper Fit for my elbow by the way it was designed but very disappointing after I purchased that it appeared to be used as part of the fabric was snagged. The sizing chart is way off. I ordered a medium but too big and the sleeve falls down. There was no pain relief due to the ill-fit. I purchased Copper Compression and it gives me pain relief and fits. Amazon was kind enough as I was returning the Copper Fit for me to keep. Sorry.
