No problems, dont use a lot, for chain saw

My battery worked fine, but one of the LED lights failed. Didn't effect performance. None the less, since I kept it, they sold me a 2nd battery at half price. Which was nice of them. Now I have 3 batteries, which is what it takes to finish my lawn

My 2012 40 V G-max Lawnmower doesn’t recognize newer Greenworks batteries, This battery works in the old mower as well as newer tools. It claims 240 W-hr capacity, but dies before I finish cutting the grass. My original 146 W-hr battery used to last through the entire mowing, but hasn’t for the last few years. This battery lasts only slightly longer than my old battery. So, I am suspicious of the capacity claim, but it could be that Greenworks rates the capacity at a much higher discharge rate than Biswaye does.

Hello Amazon consumers,I purchased this battery to replace one of my three (3) Year old Greenworks lawnmower and blower battery. At first, it was powerful and lasted for an extended period (one 1 hour of constant use give or take minutes). Now it shuts off and turns back on every 5 to 8 seconds. At first, I thought it was the blower. The next mow, I realized it was not the blower or the mower (my other batteries (original) worked as designed). I sent an email to the Amazon supplier to ask for a refund. However, when replying to their messages in the Amazon message center, it does not allow attachments. I was able to upload the photos minutes after updating this review. However, it has been longer than a week with no reply or refunds from the seller. My next step will be calling Amazon Customer Service to assist with this issue. Stay clear of this seller. I will keep updating this review until it concludes.

My Greenworks 40V G Max battery went dead because I did not charge it during winter. I tried to find if I could get a replacement from Greenworks, but apparently they don't manufacture the product anymore and what is available from Greenworks is very expensive! I bought this one (Biswaye) that is compatible with the one that I had : Serial No. 49472. It worked! It easily fit into the Greenworks battery charger as well as charged in a couple of hours! It works flawlessly with all the Greenworks equipment like the hedge trimmer, the weed whacker and even the chainsaw! I am happy with the purchase and I would recommend it. I am not sure of the battery life or longevity, but I will ensure that I will not allow it to drain completely over the winter months.

I thought this was going to be a great battery for me. Unfortunately after only 3 months it will only charge to 75%. A real let down for the price.EDIT: I notified the Seller of my problem and they immediately sent a new battery. Great customer service and they stand behind their warranty. Thank you.
