I can only say good things about this manga. The story is about courage, and not being defined by a disability. It is a great character driven story, but an exciting sports story as well. It's made me cheer and cry at the same time. This manga is for everyone.

If you like Takehiko Inoue's other work you will love his art/illustrations in this too. The story is a more serious and sincere one compared to "Slam Dunk" and the historical "Vagabond", and it makes it seem a lot more "Real". It's one of the few stories that tackles the feelings and daily life situations of youth with handicaps, and makes it cool without making it a fantasy story. A must read for all manga fans, and anyone who appreciates a great story and beautiful, alive illustrations.
