Rusting and noisy, better to go with local brands
Pump is rusting withing 15 days, and very very poor aftersales in bangalore. Water pump is the most critical part of household and if it gives trouble everything comes in problem.Be aware dont buy cri pump not just because of poor built quality but because of poor after sales service.Better buy pumps from local market or makr where after sales is readily available.good luck

Worst experience ever
Most worst product ever. Company spoiled customer trust by selling waste products. My pump stopped working within two months. Customer service was too bad than anything. Please don’t buy.
