You can't go wrong with this brand.
I have had great success with other products from this company. I wanted to get this rack for when I get an e-bike. I'm thrilled about it. With the pin lock, it is easy to remove and put back on. It is very well put together and easy to get the bike mounted. It is a little wobbly but I didn't fully tighten down the bolt. It's a heavy rack for me but I feel that is needed for an e-bike. Of all the racks, this brand seems to be the best value. Anything else comparable seems to be 100s of dollars more.

Nice Rack
This is my second Swagman bike system for a couple of fat tire eBikes. This upgrade for me was a great decision. The locking anti theft cable system was a bonus. What I really like is it's foldability and stowability. The eBikes are securely held to a very well constructed frame with locking rachettte down bars and a cupped fattie wheel holder with locking strap. This was about $200 less then it's higher end competitor. That's not to say this is not just as high end, just less expensive.

Great e bike rack
Easy to use. Will work perfectly for my ebike and my fat tire bike and everything in-between! Looks great on my car. I can hear the trails calling my name!
User
Very sturdy
Easy to put my two Ebikes on the carrier. With the locking hooks on each bike and the cable lock to the bike carrier, I feel the bikes are secure enough to fend away the opportunists thief.

Seems solid but arrived with broken parts
Parts are cracked out of the box, need to reach out to manufacturer to get replacements. Otherwise seems to be a solid rack. Will update to 5 stars if they send me new replacement and rack holds up over the next few months

What's Not To Love?
I had been using the MaxxHaul 50027 to haul around my e-bike. It was cheap, but kind of rickety, and I lost both of the hooks which hold the bike in place. The company remained unresponsive to numerous emails for replacement parts, so I decided to upgrade to the Swagman Current, and man am I glad that I did! The Swagman Current is LIGHT YEARS ahead of the MaxxHaul 50027. Much sturdier, built for e-bikes, with "fold-away" capacity when not in use. I have only been using the Swagman Current for a few days, but so far I love it! Worth the price!

Not for seniors
I actually awaited the delivery of this bike rack. I had an older swagman, which I really loved, but it seemed a little too light for my new E bike. After putting it all together, I tried lifting it up and found it was extremely heavy. Not only that, but once I finally fit it into my receiver, the rack itself where the bike sits was so high off the ground, it was impossible for me to get my E bike up on it. I think the design is fine, I think it’s stout enough, but it’s just not made for people that cannot lift a big bike into the cradles. It’s too bad they didn’t design some kind of a ramp for this rack, as that would’ve made it much easier. I even tried tiling it down, but it too was a bear to get my bike up into it, even with my wife’s help. It’s too bad they didn’t design some kind of a ramp for this rack, as that would’ve made it much easier. I need a rack that I can use myself because I’m not going to always have somebody with me. I am in my 70s, and this rack is just not right for me.

Two E-Bike cargo carriers
Cary two bikes up to 50lbs each. Can swing out of the way to open rear compartment of car. Hole unit locks to receiver. Can hold one step over and one regular bike. Both hold down clamps have locks. Easy to assemble and use.

Great for ebikes
We really like our bike rack. It holds 2 E bikes and is very sturdy when travelling. It is heavy though and takes 2 people to load the bikes but would recommend it.

Good, but heavy
Swagman was recommended by other users, Cdn company & good quality. Good points: very sturdy, holds 2 e-bikes securely, the hingeing feature is great for a hatchback. Pricing seems appropriate. Not so good: it is very heavy! I could barely manoeuvre the box into my garage. Although I managed to assemble it myself, it really needs 2 people - my legs were covered with bruises from trying to manipulate parts into place. And I was not pleased to realize that the bike must have a crossbar to be secured - another $70 for a crossbar adapter. It wasn’t obvious to me, when I purchased, that this was needed. I can load my ebike myself, with effort - but a ramp might be a good idea. In all, I’m happy with my purchase. This is my first bike rack, I was a bit naive regarding assembly ease.

Great for two ebikes.
Bikes feel very sturdy and fit well on the rack. What would be good is if the rack came with an attachment to make it easier to actually push a bike onto the rack.

Electric bike carrier
Works good once you get the bikes loaded but is heavy and quite awkward getting the bikes on and off of it
