Great for the crafty type
My 12 year old loved this. It was the perfect gift. There are detailed instructions and everything you need to make braceletes. This enetertained her for hours. I tend to favor alex toys they seem to know what they are doing when it comes to a product. I think this is great for anyone that likes crafts they will have hours of fun. And you have the instructions for future use. I am unsure if there are refills but any arts and craft store would sell the cord like material. The qualtiy of the string cord what have you is great. You can feel the strength in it. I have a feeling these made bracelets will last a long time.

Good Instructions, but...
This was pretty junky for the price. The instructions were very easy for young kids to do. But we couldn't get the suction hook to stay, and broke the plastic crochet hook trying to finish off the bracelet. The bracelet my 7 year old made came out nice, but I had to hold one end while she tied since we couldn't get the suction hook to work.

Fun craft
With some beginning guidance, my four-year-old granddaughter was able to make the bracelets. It took me a long time to figure it out - when I turned away for a moment, she finished it.

Bought this as an activity to do with my boys as they really wanted to make friendship bracelets flthey saw their sisters making. I like how it has boy friendly colors and can be an activity for either gender. Is a small package so you only get to make 5 bracelets
