Therapist's Choice Hanging Arm Rest for Massage Tables (Black)

My clients like it and are happy I have it but the Velcro side slips with the smallest amount of pressure from the clients arms.

I bring this along for mobile massage appointments and clients love having a place to rest their arms instead of hanging off the table or at their sides. It’s very sturdy once it’s attached to the table and perfectly comfortable and easy to use. Looks extremely professional. There is some weight to it- not a crazy amount but enough to feel it in your bag when you’re climbing up steps. Def ideal for a permanent spa atmosphere then lugging around all day. But since it’s so nice I do it anyway. Worth it!

I do like the product and it’s adjustability. But I have found that if the face rest support does not have Velcro in the right place then this armrest comes loose under the weight of the clients arms. The Velcro on the armrest does not stick to itself under pressure

Overall this product is good but it doesn't work well for it's purpose. The Velcro strap doesn't hold up to peoples arms, which is it's purpose, comfort for your clients. I wouldn't recommend this product until it is upgraded for that reason.

Few clients like to use this arm test. It is convenient to have one. Just the velcro part sometime makes peeling noise when heavyset clients rest their arms.

Just like other hanging armrests, if the weight on it is not distributed well it becomes unbalanced. Other than that, it's great.Wish the straps that hang out were designed to have the medical vinyl over them too, so it would be easier to sanitize

This mounts in about 15 seconds to your existing massage table dedicated circular headrest. Feed the loop through it, and it closes with velcro. For the other two straps? You feed the two wooden dowels that secure the headrest to the table through them.Once mounted, you now have a place to rest your arms for a massage. The only problem is the velcro, which adjusts the front edge height, is too long, and I can't tighten it enough to get the platform parallel to the floor. The front edge (furthest from the table) is about four inches LOWER than the nearest edge as a result. The velcro loop just is too long to make it parallel. But it still holds my arms well, and I would recommend it. You need your arms in front of you to allow the therapist to adequately massage your traps and levators.This is a good product; if only the velcro strap were a tad shorter to make it parallel with the floor...
