RecPro 20'-25' Pontoon Boat Under Deck LED Lights | Harness and Mounting Track Included

This lighting kit is well designed and easy to install. The track used to hold the light strips comes with a very strong adhesive. I installed my track on an extruded aluminum panel above the tubes on my boat. I did use some screws to fastened it to the tubes, but am pretty sure the adhesive would have done the job alone. I did have a defective strip of lights and contacted RecPro to replace. With a couple of emails and pictures of the problem part, they replaced the strip and it is now re-installed. I highly recommend this product and RecPro.

Can't express how easy to install and hook up. Used 1/8" rivets to ensure the seams of the tracks stayed lined up, and to assist with the holding of the tape. I would supply picture, but they are just too bright to focus and what pictures I have don't do it justice. They are AWESOME. Will buy for all future boats, Hats off to a great product.

better than i thought it would look

I used these LEDs to replace some existing lights that were in bad shape. Installation was simple and they look great. It would be nice if there was a simple way to fit these lights around curves but the flat tape and channel do not bend so I made only straight runs and that worked for me.

Good set of lights. One side was damaged. Sent email with a pic , they mailed a replacement in 2 days. Good customer service. Only small complaint is the channels sag just a little. Not very noticeable except to me. Be sure to use stainless screws every foot or two

This is a high quality kit, I cant complain about the tracks or the led strips themselves, They are entirely encased in a very clear sealant and are quite protected. The tracks look and feel high quality, with very good adhesive on them, for boating, the adhesive alone isn't going to last, but its great to get them where you want them. I found that a #6 x 1/2” self tapping screw will nail the track to the cross-members and not interfere with putting the strips in the tracks. If the tracks don’t meet at a cross member, put a small zip strap on either side of the joint after you put the strips in to secure the break. The included wire is a nice tinned copper pair with plenty of length. I did not however like the factory end connection at the strip, it could be a little more robust. Now if your going to use more than say, 16-18 feet of the strip, I highly recommend powering it from both ends. If you don't, you'll see the brightness diminish some from one end to the other, its not allot, but noticeable. Hope this helps.

I have a 24 foot pontoon and I put this under my deck. It looks incredible and I get a lot of compliments when at the lakeside resturant or at the sandbar I the evening. I reinforced the bracket onto the pontoon with some screws based off other reviews and also put some silicone in the bracket to make sure the LED strip didnt fall out. This product was easy to install and looks fantastic. Great customer service and a great product.

Can’t get to work....no wiring diagram. “Plug in to switch” not working. Been all over YouTube videos n still can’t get to work when wiring to existing rocker switch. Frustrating
