Jolie Waterproof Ultimate Eye Liner Pencils (Envy Me)

I read the reviews and bought this eyeliner just hoping it would be okay until I could get to a dept store. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. You can smudge it a bit when you first put it on, but then it stays put for a full day. I was even out in the heat a couple of times and I still had eyeliner later in the day. Maybe I'll bypass the dept store and just order a couple more colors.

This is my go to eyeliner! I get lots of compliments on the snakeskin color (I have brown eyes). I took off one star because it uses up so fast compared to other eyeliners and needs sharpening with every second use.

This liner is great, for the teeny bit I used. Twisting the bottom piece does not replenish the liner, and the top part is hard plastic and I was unable to sharpen it. So I basically paid $18 for about .05 worth of product.

Skyline color is exactly as shown in the listing. It is a beautiful light blue sky color, very youthful. It lasts all day. It is waterproof and smear proof. It goes on easily. I am very pleased with this pencil. I think I have finally found the perfect under eye liner. I put it below my lashes and despite having sensitive blue eyes that water from wind and bright sunlight, the liner stays put and does not run.

It is nice to have a different color to use. I have brown eyes and red hair. It is always recommended that I use brown/gold colors but I like to use color like this with black mascara and black eye liner at base of lashes.

Arrived when expected and in perfect condition. The color was a beautiful emerald. I disliked the glitter. If you want a high glitter eye liner, this is for you. It was too much glitter for a work, now video conference environment for me. I tried to wipe it off to subdue it and it got on my cheekbones. I had to wash my face as it would not rub off...so it's long lasting glitter too. For me it's only good for a party. I like the other Jolie products I have.

I totally love it! It glides on easily and does not tug at all which is huge to me. It stays on well I’m very happy with it. I’m sure I will have to sharpen it often but I don’t care as long as I love it!

I LOVE the glitter!! It looks GORGEOUS!!! You do have to keep sharpening it, but it is effeminately worth it for the gorgeous look it gives! When I wear it with my mascara I get asked if I'm wearing fake eyelashes because it really makes my eyes look pretty. I have dark brown eyes, and the darkness in the eyeliner makes my eyes pop, even though it is not so dark!! And it has a nice creamy texture, and goes on so smoothly! I love wearing it because it makes me feel so good about the way I look!!
