Good product
I am in love wid buckwheat... i eat it daily as breakfast along with jowar bajra ragi flakes mixed wid my whey protein and seeds and nuts.... just one thing if u r going to use it raw like i do .. just roast it and keep it in a jar... it tastes good ds way odrvise it tastes very rawish.. same i did wid bajra jowar n ragi flakes... just roast dem alll and keep in airtight container

Buckwheat
This is a grain that is not commonly available in India. It is grown in climate similar to Europe..which is the NE States. I am glad I could get it through Amazon. The packaging and delivery has been good. The flavour and quality as Kasha will have to await my revert after I use it. If it is like the grain that I have regularly used for Kasha in Europe for about 35 years..then certainly I shall be buying this product. Thank you Amazon for getting me this cereal here in India.Captain Madhu Koya
